Shipping Information:
Our orders are shipped by UPS. Please allow up to a week for order processing time, as many of our items must be customized before they can be sent to you. We ship all of our previous week's merchandise once per week, on Thursday.

Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:
Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or misshipped item, please contact us and we will arrange for you to send it back to us for a prompt replacement.
Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
Returned merchandise must be in new condition or it may be subject to a restocking fee.
